Don’t let it’s age fool you though as the wonderfully quaint and historic building gives way to all the mod cons your heart desires with sumptuous 4 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and beautifully landscaped gardens to die for. Yet jump on the train at the nearby station and you’re in London under an hour. Wow!

The space
This property feels special as soon as you pull into the drive but when you open the door and step inside you’ll immediately feel like you want to stay here forever. Here’s what to expect….

RELAX…..
In the comfy sitting room with down feather-filled sofas, a fireplace and a Smart TV.

SLEEP…..
Take your pick of the huge luxurious beds on offer and be prepared to fight over the four-poster bed. This is the master bedroom and has the added bonus of a dressing are and en-suite bathroom.

All beds are dressed in hotel quality linen.

Please note: There are 2 travel cots available , please provide your own bedding if required

FRESHENING UP…..
There’s no need to wait around to get freshened up. You’ll have the pick of 2 bathrooms and one shower room, all modern and fully featured.

EATING…..
Cook up a storm with a fully equipped, modern kitchen:
Range cooker with gas hob
American style Fridge/Freezer with filtered and sparkling water
Toaster
Microwave
Kettle
and all the pots and pan one needs!

……and a Dishwasher to help you get them all clean again!!

The large dining room with it’s fireplace and wall art will make any meal feel like a banquet. However there’s also the added convenience of a separate breakfast area just off the kitchen.

GET OUTSIDE……
Lose yourself in the picturesque walled garden which is lovingly landscaped with a natural pond, cascading from the lion’s mouth fountain, and a sparkling stream with a seating area. If you’re lucky, you’ll see the ducks paddling there in the mornings.

SMART……
Whilst you can feel the character and age of this property you’ll be pleased at how smart it is with it’s Wi-Fi mesh network throughout controlling the many smart features of this house including lighting and heating.

My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as refreshments and hygiene products.

Check-in time is usually after 4 pm and check-out time is usually before 10 am. If you would like to arrive or leave at a different time, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate.
