The space
Located just off Harbone High Street & only 10 minutes away from the City Centre, this amazing Victorian House is situated perfectly within a haven of Birmingham. The house is renovated to a high modern standard, keeping in touch with its victorian heritage. These including a new modern bathroom, living area and a bespoke kitchen to ooze any guests. Wind down with all the essentials you’d need for a perfect night in, cutlery alongside all kitchen essentials are provided if you’d like to enjoy a beautiful home cooked meal.
Set away from the main street and boasting a natural view throughout the house, with bi-folding kitchen doors to make you feel far afield, yet still located in the heart of the city. Get some work done at the workspace provided, or enjoy the backyard within the haven.
Kitchen – Fully equipped with a fridge, cutlery, hob, wine cooler, dishwasher and microwave.
Entertainment – High speed internet is provided through the property via WIFI, large flat screen TV is also provided for guest usage.
Amenities – Fresh towels and Linen are provided for guest stays, including toiletries for guest usage

Guests will have the entire property to themselves.
Other things to note
* Property is managed by a Professional Co-Host of Airbnb
* Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.
* Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys–please be careful with them.
* My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.
Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we’ve partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a £40 non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
