IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

Alex is the owner of Pass the Keys North Manchester. “I have lived and worked in and around the City of Manchester my whole life and have an extensive knowledge of the area".  Lilya, his mum and business partner, has her own successful photography franchise and a passion for interior trends. With their combined business experience, as well as motivation and dedication, they look forward to delivering a first-class service and building a successful property management portfolio.

      I liked: Good Interiors, very well maintained, host was understanding and supportive, available anytime to connect during the day and was responsive, good cutleries, clean and comfortable furniture, Tesco next door, Not so spacious but comfortable enough to stay with a family as it's a duplex. Clean beddings I did not like: No proper ventilation, bit hot and suffocating upstairs at night, window is available to open downstairs though but you can't keep it open at night as it is a roadside property, it's quite a closed place. No place to keep toiletries in the shower room upstairs, checking in is quite a task, it was quite stressful as I had luggage and had to walk behind the street to find the keys, it was almost like a hide n seek game, they should make check in process little easy and convenient for the guests as they arrive with luggage and tired. you don't want your family to wait on the roadside for 15 minutes with luggage while you are out to solve the puzzle of locating the key safe.. 😀😀 my partner and kid got really pissed off with the check in process.
