A simply gorgeous Edwardian 3 Bed Townhouse with historic features, perfectly located on Family Friendly Leam Terrace just a short walk from the centre of Regency Leamington Spa.

There is a large, fully enclosed back garden which opens onto the lush Welches Meadow. For guests who love green spaces this is a pretty shortcut into Leamington Spa Town Centre … just 10 minutes stroll away through beautiful parkland.

Spacious 3 Bed Edwardian Townhouse in the heart of Leamington Spa.

The downstairs consists of a spacious lounge, with several comfy sofas to relax – the perfect spot to enjoy this property’s peaceful location.

A large open plan kitchen and dining area, well equipped with American style fridge, gas range cooker with electric oven and dishwasher. The space extends out to a private, secure garden backing onto a beautiful conservation area.

On the first floor there is a large luxurious bathroom, with bath and separate walk-in shower. Moving upstairs there are three generous bedrooms. The large master bedroom offers a Super King bed, south-facing bay window and ample storage for guests. The second bedroom has a King size bed, a double wardrobe, and views out to the garden. The third bedroom contains a double bed.

Guests have exclusive use of the whole 3 Bed property during their stay.

Please DO NOT open the bi-fold doors completely .. Please only operate the single door to go out to the garden.

Please take note of the instructions for Rubbish Collection and respect both the space and our neighbours during your stay.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

The beauty of the rolling hills in the North Cotswolds and the history that is plain to see in the ancient towns of Warwick and Stratford upon Avon is amazing, along with the buzzing regency nightlife in Leamington Spa. I was introduced to short-term management capabilities of property through my own renovation work on a couple of my own projects and now I’m keen to share the secrets of my success with other property owners that want increased revenue and more flexibility to use their property whenever they wish.
