IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

Just a very small sofa that wouldn’t even sleep a child. This wasn't great as there was three of us. Moved us to another apartment which also didn’t have a sofa bed just another very small sofa. Also the lock for the front door was broken on the second place. Help desk we spoke to was clearly unfamiliar with the flats and what’s in them or should be in them. For a flat that was meant to sleep 4+ people only had two drinking glasses. Check out instructions didn’t match the apartment. (Got a text saying jumble the code on the lock but it’s a digital lock). Overall the flat could be perfectly nice but it is currently mis-managed and whoever has set it up has rushed getting it ready to be listed without paying attention to things.
