Guests have access to the entire property. Access is via the main entrance. The area under the stairs is locked and is not for guests use. Please respect any spaces marked for other uses or for neighbours.
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, here are some important details to note:
– Check-In and Check-Out Times: Check-in time is after 3 pm, and check-out time is before 11 am. Please inform us in advance if you need early check-in or late check-out, as additional charges may apply.
– Early Check-In or Late Check-Out Charges: A £30 charge will be applied if guests check themselves in early without permission or check out late, as this disrupts our cleaner’s schedule.
– Lost Key Charge: Please take care of the keys. A £100 charge will be applied for lost keys.
– No Parties or Gatherings: This is a quiet residential area, and parties or loud gatherings are not allowed.
– No smoking or vaping at the property
– No pets
– An additional £250 fee applies if house rules are broken.
– Noise Policy: Please respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 pm.
– Parking: Paid street parking is available near the property. Ensure you park legally and do not block other vehicles.
– Security: Always lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
– Indoor Shoes/Slippers: To keep the property clean, we kindly ask guests to wear indoor shoes or slippers indoors.
– Heating: Please turn the thermostat down to 19 degrees when leaving the property.
