– We provide refillable bathroom toiletries (refilled by our cleaners on each changeover). This helps us reduce waste and minimise our impact on the environment. However, this only works if you don’t ‘borrow’ them. Please leave them behind so other guests can enjoy them too.
– We also provide a washing-up pack, washing machine tablets, toilet roll and kitchen roll. If more is needed there are several supermarkets close by

– Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate any pets at this property.
Restricted areas
– There is small room at the rear of the house which will be locked and does not form part of the listing, this area is restricted from guest access.
– The garage will also be locked and not accessible for guests

– This is a child friendly property. There is a high chair located in the utility room.

Check-in time is after 4pm, and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time, as this will cause disruption to the cleaner’s schedule.
My property management team will be available 24/7 via email or phone to provide any assistance my guests may need.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.


Hi, I’m Tom and have lived in South Oxfordshire for most of my life. 4 years ago I decided to make Henley-on-Thames my home, which is where I now live with my fiance Rachael, who I’m pleased to say joins me on this Pass the Keys journey. We love the area in which we live and certainly don’t take it for granted. You’ll often find us paddle boarding down the Thames, or exploring the local countryside, accompanied by our two dogs (Reggie & Simba!). I have spent most of my working life in high-end residential property development. Rachael’s background is in marketing and client relations.
