DURING YOUR STAY

Parking – there is on street parking available on the street outside. Visitor parking permits can be provided, with advance notice. There is additional parking via the RingGo app just a few metres from the house.

Standard check in time is 3pm onwards, and check out time is before 11am.

This is a residential neighbourhood so excessive noise will not be tolerated.

No parties.

No smoking or vaping allowed inside or in the garden.

If you require use of the sofa bed, please let us know in advance so we can arrange extra bedding. There is an additional charge of £30.

Please note that a minimum of £100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys, so please be careful with them. There will be a £50 call out fee for any keys left/forgotten in the house.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
