IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

      I liked: Big flat for 1 person, close to city centre, very clean and secure stairwell block. Plenty of hot water, shower is very good. Staff at Pass the Keys are excellent, but i believe they are based in London. I did not like: Small shower tray, which is a shame as the shower itself is good and theres plenty of room to make a bigger shower in the bathroom. Shower mouldy. No shelves in the bathroom but there's 10 hooks?? Some parts of the flat are tired and need a lick of paint. Be aware that a separate i.d. company demands £40 for a damage waiver. Thats ok, its in the small print. What i didn't expect was there to be damage, ie a broken window handle. Where is the money going from the 'damage waiver' cash? Not the best area of Glasgow but it served a purpose for what I wanted. Summary: Decent enough but could be better ... Read full reviewClose
