East Dulwich Station – 10 mins walk (direct to London Bridge in 13 mins)
Denmark Hill Station – 8 mins by bus (connects to Clapham, Victoria, and Overground)

Guests will have access to the entire house during their stay aside from some wardrobe and cupboard space containing items of the owner’s personal belongings. There will still be ample storage space for Guests to use during the stay.

Remote self-check-in gives flexibility for arrivals, after 4pm.

This is a non-smoking property, including the outside area.
This property is located in a quiet, residential area and guests are asked to kindly refrain from excessive noise. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate parties.
No pets allowed in the building
•⁠Quiet hours within 11pm and 7am, and noise must be kept to a minimum, including TV volume
⁠Please make sure to lock the doors and windows
⁠A charge will be applied for late checkout if there is no previous agreement.
Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys will incur a minimum charge of £100
⁠Please use indoor shoes/slippers, if possible

If anything breaks please do let us know so that this can be replaced.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

Hi, I am Darren. I have lived in Lewisham and the surrounding areas all of my life. My background has been in retail buying and merchandising for more than 20 years. I've also operated my consulting and online businesses successfully. Also, I've been involved in buying and selling property for the last 10 years. I am particularly excited to have my partner, Lydia, joining me on this venture. Lydia has vast experience in customer service and business administration. Together, we are thrilled to be able to offer a best-in-class management service for Lewisham, Peckham and Bermondsey landlords, in what are some of the most vibrant and cosmopolitan areas of London.
