‘Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule’

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

Daniel Gallant 13/04/2026I liked: The space was ok, for a short period. I did not like: I did not like being sent hundreds of emails demanding that I proof my ID on a silly verification site. I have never been asked to do this before. having to pay an extra £40 damage waiver, if I was aware that staying here would cost an extra £40 I would’ve booked somewhere else. that we could not get the oven to work. the extractor fan did not work in the bathroom and their is visible damp on the bathroom ceiling. the fact that there was no drop kerb making it difficult to get on and off the drive. that a lot of the plates/bowls had chips/cracks Summary: Hidden costs (damage waiver) ... Stephen Morris 02/10/2025I liked: It was clean , and a good location I did not like: We arrived at .4 by about 6 it stated to get chilli but there was no was to put the heating on after speaking to someone they said “ the key for the locked boiler cupboard is in the locked drawer in the utility room “ yes all locked the heating came on at 10.45 as we were going to bed , then intermittent through the next day we were then nice and warm it was an ok stay.
