Hilary Marshall 26/03/2026I liked: Bright, airy quiet little apartment on top floor of a small block. There was all I needed for a short stay in the area while visiting friends. Ideal if you’re travelling by car as there is free parking on the road outside. I did not like: The heating wasn’t on a timer and I had to turn the boiler on and the thermostat up when I got there. The shower screen wasn’t very effective and water got everywhere. The duvet on the double bed was tiny. Fortunately I was on my own so it didn’t matter but it would have been useless for a couple. Summary: I really liked the apartment but it would have been so much better if the heating had been on before I got there to warm ... Read full reviewClose

adam ratcliffe 06/09/2025I liked: Property was as described. The area was a pleasant residential area close to the centre. Very clean and nicely presented. Nice touch to leave tea, coffee and milk sachets. Had all that we needed. Communication excellent. Ideal for access to airport. I did not like: Communal entrance is a bit tired (but it isn't that bad) so gave us a little bit of concern until we got to the actual apartment. The only thing in the apartment was the shower trim did not stay in place so some water got onto the floor - could have done with a bath mat. Missed on the initial property booking info about using Truvi so was a bit annoyed about paying £40 for that - but my mistake. Summary: Great apartment ... Read full reviewClose

Julia Stowell 27/08/2025I liked: Flat was cosy. I did not like: Strange chemical smell. No complimentary slippers as promised. Dressing gowns smelt used. Communal hall leading to accommodation shabby. Shower never got above warm. No freezer. Summary: Had several stays with booking. Com this wasn’t up to the usual standard. ... Read full reviewClose

Richard Derham 16/08/2025I liked: Good location, well stocked with appliances I did not like: No blind in the front room where the sofa bed was, had to use blankets as curtains. No stairs in the flat but no mention that the flat is on the second floor with no lift, this would be a problem for people with children or mobility issues ... Read full reviewClose
