Cosy 2 bedroom house close to all the shops and restaurants of the Lisburn Road and right next t the huge outlets of Boucher Road. We are also well positioned to the motorway slip road which makes getting in and out of the city an absolute breeze.
With 2 bedrooms (one double and one with bunk beds) we are the perfect choice for a friends get together or a family getaway.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
Hi, I'm Chris. I was born and raised on the north coast but like every other young person in Northern Ireland, was drawn to the bright lights of our capital city Belfast. After exhausting every fantastic nook and cranny this city has to offer I made my way around the world and throughout the next number of years found myself living and working in America, Japan, China and Korea. I returned home a few years ago to set up a home and raise my family in Holywood County Down. I took on the Pass the Keys Franchise in Belfast in 2019 and pandemic aside, the interest and uptake of our services have been incredible. My most valuable business trait is that I am honest and upfront - something that has served me well in building great relationships with my clients. I look forward to continuing to grow Pass the Keys in Belfast and offering more and more spectacular places for visitors to stay.

Susan Irvine 20/02/2026Although we booked Bright & Airy 2 BR Home on arrival we received a call to say that there was a problem with this property (shower and bed broken) and we were not able to stay there but we were offered a choice of two other properties. Initially we tried Ashburne Place but there was a problem with the parking (someone had parked in the allocated space for this property) so we then opted for Melrose Street which was a lovely property and much nicer than the other two properties and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Our rating of 5/5 is for the way in which Pass the Keys dealt with the problem especially the representative that was communicating with us (sorry we can’t remember her name) and we would give Melrose Street 4.5/5. ...
