This wonderful and spacious flat has recently been modernised since the old Mews was converted. The flat not only offers a fantastic central location with free street parking, but also an unusually large living space, making longer stays very comfortable. All appliances and amenities are new and modern, which helps provide our guests with attractive and safe accommodation. Aylesbury train station is only 1 mile away making commutes into London quick and easy.
Alton Mews is part of a safe and gated development, and although in central Aylesbury it’s very peaceful.
The flat itself is on the 2nd floor (so a few stairs to climb), but its an incredibly spacious and modern one bedroom flat that can easily accommodate more than two people.
The main bedroom is very large too and has a comfy double bed.
*We have a separate floor mattress if you need to accommodate another guest.
The bathroom is separate with a shower and bath.
The flat has a full functioning kitchen enabling guests to dine in with no need to worry about eating out.
Due to its spacious and vaulted layout it is ideal for those looking for longer stays due to additional luggage and storage requirements.
Although guests cannot park in the Mews itself, free on-street parking can easily be found just outside and it is also walking distance to the train station.
We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there is a Sainsburys a few minutes walk away.
Guests have exclusive access to the property.
The property is personally inspected and managed by Pass the Keys®, a professional short-let property management company.
Offering a hotel-like experience, Pass the Keys has an industry-leading high cleaning standard. All properties benefit from having hotel-grade linens and all the home comforts you probably expect (like shampoo, soap, iron etc.).
If you do need some assistance before or during your stay, the property manager is local to the property and the guest support team is available 24/7. We look forward to welcoming you!
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
