Situated amongst Ladywell Village with shopping, cafes and restaurants options on the doorstep – The entrance doorway to the apartment is located between the Village News store and the Tattoo studio (the apartment is above the tattoo studio!).

Living Area: A bright open-plan lounge with comfortable seating, a 23″ Smart TV (please note that guest personal log ins are required to use the TV and to access the Apps), and large windows allowing natural light to flow in throughout the day. There is a small raised table with seating for two – a great space to enjoy a morning coffee!

Kitchen: Fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, cookware and utensils. There is bench seating and a small table – great for guests who enjoy home-cooked meals.

Up on the second (2nd) floor is…

Bedroom: A double bedroom with a comfortable bed, quality linen, bedside touch lighting, armchair and storage for your belongings.

Bathroom: Clean, modern bathroom with shower, basin, WC, towels and bathmat provided. Here guests will also find the washer-dryer machine.

Additional Amenities: Wi-Fi, heating, wardrobe space, storage space, washing machine with dryer function, clothes drying rack, iron and ironing board and hairdryer.

The apartment combines comfort with convenience, making it a great choice for short-term stays in South East London.

IMPORTANT NOTE – THERE IS A LOW CEILING WALL WHICH SLOPES OVER THE END OF THE BED (THIS IS ON THE RIGHTHAND SIDE WHEN LOOKING AT THE BED). PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN WALKING UNDER THIS AS YOU MAY NEED TO CROUCH SLIGHTLY UNDER THIS TO PASS BY, DEPENDING ON YOUR HEIGHT.

Smart TV – There is a 23″ Smart TV located in the living room (please note that guest personal log ins are required to use the TV and to access the Apps).

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
