Externally, the building reflects the area’s traditional Chilterns architecture, with classic brick and flint detailing that sits naturally within its rural surroundings. Inside, the accommodation is modern, practical and well finished, offering fresh interiors that are both welcoming and easy to live in.

The property offers four private bedrooms, all located on the second floor. Each bedroom is furnished with modern wooden furniture and includes ample storage, ensuring guests have everything they need for a relaxed and organised stay. The rooms are comfortable, well appointed and designed with functionality in mind—ideal for individuals, small groups or those working nearby.

Guests share two contemporary bathrooms, both fitted with spacious walk-in showers, providing a convenient and efficient layout for multiple occupants.

On the lower level, the kitchen and living space is compact yet highly practical, allowing guests to prepare meals and dine together comfortably. While not large, the space has been carefully arranged to make excellent use of every inch.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
