Two Bedrooms 🛏️:
Two double-sized bedrooms with Smart TVs, providing comfort and entertainment for all guests. A travel cot is available for families.

Open Plan Living Room and Kitchen 🍽️:
The open-plan living space is designed for comfort and socialising, featuring a modern kitchen with all the essentials.

Bathrooms 🚿:
Two bathrooms, including an en-suite in the master bedroom and a full family-sized bathroom for convenience. Fresh towels and toiletries provided.

Location 🏙️:
Close by to Parsons Green, Fulham Broadway, Eel Brook Common, and Hammersmith tube stations, offering easy access to central London’s landmarks, cultural spots, and vibrant neighbourhoods. With direct routes to Heathrow Airport, travelling around London is a breeze, making this the ideal base for both business and leisure.

Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves.


Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am

Please note:
– that a fee of £80 will be charged for call-out for keys forgotten inside. The full cost of lock replacement will be charged if you lose the keys; please be careful with them

– the heating will always be turned down to 16 degrees, please turn up if needed and ensure that after your check-out you turn this down again.

– there is plenty of storage space available however good to note that this is the host’s home and therefore some of his belongings will be present in the property in locked cupboards.

– Please just pull gently on the curtains to open and close, as the remote no longer works.

My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo and soap

My property management team will be available 24/7 via email, or phone to provide any assistance my guests may need.
Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned, and professionally cleaned linens and toiletries are guaranteed. 24/7 guest support is also available before and during your stay.
The local community-based Pass the Keys® team personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys® Property Readiness Standard.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

All was excellent and we were very happy about the property other than the issue with the keys. Unfortunately, it took 4 of us searching 3 different times to find the lock box.       Updated apartment with 2 full bedrooms and bathrooms as well as a nice kitchen modern appliances and living room with comfortable couch. Office was a nice bonus. There is an outdoor patio that we would definitely use more if weather was better. The apartment has fantastic wall to ceiling glass doors that slide open both from bedroom and living room to the patio.. Key pickup was inconvenient; I shouldn't have to go into another block in another complex to get keys. It also was not fun doing the return very early in AM. I also didn't like the fact that there was no way to lock doors from inside without leaving keys at home. If someone has to go out and others are staying home, there is no way to do that without locking someone in the apartment without a way to get out or someone needing to be awake to lock door. There is also no safety lock, bolt or chain on the inside of the door. While the area was safe, it would be nice to have the extra layer of protection.       Lovely apartment but won't be back due to terrible customer service. Lovely apartment in a great location Comfy and clean Complimentary sparking water and cereal Stayed here several times and love the apartment. Appalling service, arrived at 3pm after travelling for 4 hours to no check in instructions after countless messages and phone calls I was made to wait outside in the snow and cold for 6 hours with my luggage. When I finally checked in only 1 of the 6 thermostats was working so could only put the heating on in one room of the house at a time. The temperature of the shower/bath in the main bathroom was stuck on extremely hot so was unusable. I normally stay here for 4 weeks of the year for the past 2/3 years but I will not be back. ...
