About this space
The beautiful apartment, III, with breath taking views of Bath Abbey, is located on the top floor of a Georgian town house right in the heart of the city centre. All of the historical and cultural attractions are a short walk away, and with shops, restaurants and bars a plenty on your door step, you’ll find this the perfect bolthole for a city break to Bath.
We endeavour to tread as lightly, as possible, with our footprint and include zero packaged toiletries and eco products.
The space
The light and stylish interior, at III, provides a calm and comfortable space to relax in after a busy day exploring. The open plan living space has a modern kitchen and dining area, where you’ll find a welcome bottle of “Sea Change” wine and confectionary, and a natural feel living space and city skyline views. There are two spacious bedrooms, one with double bed and one with king size bed, both with beautiful views. The modern bathroom has a fabulous freestanding bath and separate shower, with hand crafted toiletries provided.
This truly is the perfect retreat for friends and family to get together and explore all that beautiful Bath has to offer.

A. O. 28/01/2025 - Booking.comVery pleasant stay just sleeping an issue.. Location is very central for the abbey and town. Apartment very nice, kitchen well equipped, spacious in all rooms.. Lots of noise till 4am from drunk people. I appreciate that the windows are old single pane but so noisy from people and the wind. Bathroom was very cold with just the towel heater. ... J. H. 28/01/2025 - Booking.comLooks good in the pics but the practicalities are not there. Would not revisit.. The location.. Chosen as advertised parking. There was indeed parking in the local multi storey which will cost you an additional £42. It was a top floor flat which was only specified when given the address. With one attendee having mobility issues this was not good. The bedding was clean but the kitchen glasses etc were displayed outside a cupboard which looked nice but full of dust. No where for 3 people to sit as the best chair is in a bedroom and an ornate chair but by no means comfortable takes up a large space in the middle of the room. No hand wash so we had to use ornate soaps. Dangerous kettle! Be careful! There is no whistle and the spout is broken so when you boil it (eventually on the hob) it overflows with scalding water over the hob and on to the floor. ... Read more Close

S. M. 28/01/2025 - Booking.comFantastic apartment for a short stay in Bath!. Excellent central location. Very close to all tourist attractions and the Roman Baths can be seen from the kitchen window. The apartment was clean with lovely decor and had everything we needed for a weekend break - even a milk frother! Beds were very comfortable.. Although there was a 3 seater sofa and single chair, the lounge area didn't comfortably fit 4 people but fine for short periods of time. The apartment is on the top floor so lots of stairs! ...
