I am a born and bred Liverpudlian and have lived in Liverpool for most of my life which hasgained me a wealth of knowledge of the city and surrounding area. With Liverpool being ranked within the top 10 cities to visit in the UK I saw a fantastic opportunity in taking on the Pass the Keys Liverpool Franchise. With so much to see and do in this vibrant city there was no surprise it attracted over 71 million visitors in 2022. The bathroom was really smelled from the shower drain which did go away one we used it. The place was tired needs a bit of upkeep and the bathroom wasn’t as clean as I like. The WiFi didn’t work which wasn’t a problem for us as we didn’t really need it but if they say WiFi included then it should be working. Karen Ho 07/08/2025I liked: Convenient location with parking and spacious room. There was an issue with the door lock and it got repaired within a few hours of reporting. I did not like: 1. No freezer 2. WiFi didn't work, reported but after several attempts problem wasn't solve. I also pretty confident it is either the broadband account issue (ie only the person who signed up the broadband can sort out) or the device (not the router) that plugged into the wall issue. Didn't need any other information and managed to get in and out very easily, so I had zero issues with checking in and out of the property. The host has been excellent in providing in time all the necessary details and rules of conduct for the apartment. Very accessible and efficient costumer information on their behalf. the position of the apartment, liked the view and the fact that it had everything I needed and was clean. I did not like: There is nothing major. Just some advice on improvement. Some of the things in the apartment could be improved and other repaired. There was a missing curtain on the door to the balcony so there was no privacy in the living-room area where you could watch TV, as anyone in the nearby buildings could've watch what you were doing. The shower was kind of difficult to manage (the faucets could use some fixing) and some of the doors to the wardrobe also need fixing. Another thing, but this one is a personal preference...the missing TV in the bedroom, but there was one on the living-room area right by the sofa, so I could dozed of there in front of the TV.
