The space
Centrally located in the historical city of Cambridge in a safe and quiet neighbourhood, and next to Addenbrookes hospital, this is the perfect place for 2 people looking to explore, work, or study, with everything needed a short walk or drive away.
This beautiful recently decorated 1 bedroom terrace house, is furnished with well thought out pieces to create a relaxing and stylish stay in Cambridge.
SLEEPING:
Main Bedroom: 1 x Double Size Bed, wardrobe with shelves and hanging space, and a small desk and chair for those late nights working.
Bath and hand towels provided for each guest, with travel size toiletries provided including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and soap.
CHILLING:
Open plan living/dining room with a flat screen 30 inch Amazon Smart TV to select your favourite Streaming App or Local channels. Login with your Amazon ID to access.
EATING:
The modern kitchen is generously sized, and kitted out for home dining. Use of appliances include an oven, electric hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher. Smaller appliances include a microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle. There is also a washer/dryer available for personal use.
PARKING:
A dedicated and free parking space on the driveway in front of the terrace belongs to the property and is available for guests to use. Free on street parking also available next to the property.
OUT AND ABOUT:
Situated next to Addenbrookes and Royal Papworth Hospitals and a short 10 minute drive to Cambridge train station and into the Cambridge city centre, the house is a perfect stay for all occasions.
There is a sports field across the road and a kids playground. It is a 5 minute walk to the local Bun Shop Cafe and convenience store which is next to the local Fish and Chip shop. A five minute drive to a local Waitrose Superstore, restaurants, pubs, and other cafes.
I won’t be around in person during your stay, however I have help managing my Airbnb with a professional co-host of Airbnb. My home is professionally cleaned and the linen/towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay.
There is also remote self check-in to give you flexibility if arriving late, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay.
Guest access
Guests have access to my entire home and will not be disturbed during their stay.
The property is setup to offer remote access with easy self check-in, and no direct contact with anyone is required.
We offer 24/7 guest support should you need any support or assistance during your check-in or stay.
Other things to note
– We do not allow parties, events or gatherings of any kind and have sensitive neighbors
– Smoking in the property is not allowed.
– Extra guests are not allowed.
– Superfast Wifi up to 100 Mb
– Pet are not allowed
– Travel Cot available for hire at cost of £50. High chair for £30. Please request during booking for delivery to property prior to your stay.
– Please remove shoes inside the apartment and leave in entrance hall.
– This is our home in Cambridge, please care for it as you would your own.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
