The space:
Located in the pretty neighbourhood of Heworth, just under a mile from York city centre. Glen Gardens is across the road, there’s plenty to enjoy, with the convenience of local amenities on the doorstep of our apartment!
THE ENTRANCE
The entrance to our property is via the rooftop terrace (one flight of stairs).
You will step into the open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area, which is perfect for socialising and hosting.
KITCHEN LIVING SPACE
– Comfy large L- shaped sofa and a Smart TV with PS3 console in the kitchen living room.
– Table and chairs for up to 6 people.
– Fully equipped white glossy kitchen includes use of a double oven, induction hob, large fridge and separate large freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
– Bi-fold doors open onto the private rooftop decked area. Here you can enjoy use of luxurious garden furniture on a sunny day.
– Film fans will be in heaven with hundreds of DVDs to chose from! Netflix applications are available on both TVs and Disney on the kitchen TV.
LOWER LEVEL
– In addition to the kitchen living space, on the lower level there is also a shower room (with toilet and wash basin) and a double bedroom.
– Newly refurbished bedroom with king size bed and Smart TV.
UPPER LEVEL
– Another flight of stairs take you to two double bedrooms with plenty of storage and a second bathroom.
– King size bed and Smart TV in the master bedroom.
– Bathroom includes a keyhole shape bath, with shower over, a hand basin and toilet.
There will be some complimentary tea/coffee waiting for you which I am sure will be useful for those arriving after a long journey!
Fresh white bedding and towels are provided (hand towel and bath towel per person), as well as miniature travel sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items included are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll, which will last a couple of days. If wish to purchase more for your stay there is a local Co-op supermarket underneath the parade of shops we are located on!
Guest access:
Guests will have access to the entire apartment.
Other things to note:
ENTRANCE
Entrance to property is up one flight of stairs, and once inside the apartment, there are another flight of stairs to the duplex level.
CHECK IN
Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am.
PARKING
Parking is available for one car. If you have a second car there are free parking facilities on Wood Street or Eastern Terrace.
KEYS
Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.

During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
