The property has high ceilings throughout with large floor to ceiling sash windows, with a fully equipped Kitchen and a large living and dining area. Having the luxury of a full sized double bedroom and a double sofa bed, the property has ample space to accommodate 4 adults in terms of living and accommodation areas.
The property also has a outdoor shed the perfect place to store any bicycles or outdoor paraphernalia. Please bring your own padlock. There is plenty of indoor storage too. You also have the use of a lovely shared patio area next to the shed.
To top it all you have the convenience of a dedicated off-street parking space! Please park on the right-hand side place as you drive in.
The Entire Flat is at your disposal for the length of your stay!

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

karen bassick 26/01/2025Reasonable property in handy location.. The location was very good for walking into Whitstable. Parking on site good. The flat was adequate for a few nights stay.. The flat is obviously owned by someone very tall. I am petite and struggled to reach the shower light, top cupboards and shower controls. The towel rail in bathroom was over 6' off floor! The shower was a struggle to use - hot water intermittent and only the middle setting worked. Only free view T.V. which played up on signal. But for a few days we could cope. ... That I had to jump through hoops to book and pay an extra £40. I wish I had read the review about that. You may as well add £40 to what you think you are going to pay. Lolita Chand 27/08/2024Great get away to Whistable. Property was lovely, enough for two people- parent and child or two couples as the sofa bed was big enough for two. Property in walking distance of Harbour .. Noisy neighbours, bed and sofa bed very uncomfortable, the toiletries were almost finished and had not been replaced before our visit, luckily we had bought our own things. The flats up a spiral stair case which was not mentioned. Booking.com did not email pass code so I had ring several times during the day and then upon arrival, as we were at the wrong flat, luckily we bumped into Flat two who told us where to go. Basics provided washing up liquid, new sponge, tea towel, tea caddy, coffee, brown sugar, salt & pepper. Also liquid soap, shower gel & shampoo. Bed has good quality hotel type bedding, wardrobe had hangers, thr lounge was at the back, away from bedroom, which . Location comfortable close to sea.. Susan Turner 01/04/2024Good property but frustrating extra charges. The flat was good, very comfortable, spacious and a good location, a short walk out of the town centre but with free parking. It was clean and had everything needed for a short break. It's a strange comment but the windows were great, really high quality.. The sofa bed wasn't the most stable but it would be fine for a short stay. The only access was by spiral staircase. This was OK for us but might be tricky for some, especially when wet. The biggest complaint was with the management company who charge a £40 damage waiver or will hold £500 for up to 2 weeks.
