My open-plan living space is crafted for relaxation and social connection; the green tones encapsulate a peaceful and calming oasis. The four-seater sofa easily transforms into a double bed, ensuring space is never a compromise. Complementing the sofa are two plush velvet armchairs and a smart TV equipped with Freeview, ready for your entertainment—just log into your accounts and enjoy.
Adjacent to the living area, the dining space welcomes a modern table set for six, surrounded by elegant wishbone dining chairs adorned with natural weave seat pads, setting the stage for memorable meals and conversations.
Bathed in sunlight, the room opens to a charming corner balcony through expansive windows, inviting the outdoors in and filling the room with an airy, luminous vibe.
Transition to the kitchen is made effortless by a sliding door. You have access to the entire property with no disruptions. Should a maintenance query occur, you will be asked permission first before we access the property to repair, if necessary.
The essential but less exciting parts!:
Lift update – November 2024:
– Good news for our guests: the building’s lift is fully operational, ensuring assistance with access to the flat!
Check-in/ check-out:
– Our standard check-in time is after 4 pm. Check-out is before 10 am. If you wish to check in or check out outside these hours please let us know. This is subject to availability and a fee.
– Please be on time when checking out. Our cleaners are often there at 10 am on the dot and have a busy schedule. A £20 charge per half an hour will be applied for unauthorized late check-outs or early check-ins.
Keys:
Specific instructions are given a day before check-out to ensure keys are placed in the key safe when departing the property. If instructions are not followed, this will cause a delay in my cleaner’s access and impact their schedule for the rest of the day. As a result, there will be a fine of £50.
A £50 fee is charged for call out if you forget the keys and lost keys are charged at £100 for replacement locks. Please be careful with them.
Parking:
There is no parking with the property. The are many cost-efficient ways to find a parking space online or with the apps:
– RingGo for pay-as-you-go on-street parking
With the two suggested below residents in the neighborhood advertise their parking spaces at a reduced rate compared to most car parks

– Just Park
PLEASE NOTE, if hiring a Zip Car, parking is not included in their charges, therefore must also be purchased in addition with the use of the car.
Complimentary Welcome Pack:
There will be some complimentary tea and coffee, as well as miniature travel-sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items included are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll which will last a couple of days. If wish to purchase more for your stay there is Waitrose less than 10 minutes walk away. (1 Wharf Road, London N1C 4BZ)
Family facilities:
A travel cot, mattress, baby changing mat, and highchair are available to use for the duration of your stay. Please respect the facilities by making sure they are wiped down, and neatly returned to their original place of storage. Bedding for the cot is not provided so please bring your own.
Smoking:
Smoking is strictly forbidden. A fine of £200 will be charged when discovered.
Additional guests:
No extra guests are allowed in the property at any time without prior permission and no parties/loud music is allowed. We are very conscious of being in a residential area and any violation of either rule will incur a £250 fine.
Lost property:
Please be careful not to leave anything behind when you checkout! A separate company deals with shipping lost property and charge a minimum £25 per item, plus shipping costs.
Linen Policy for Extended Stays
For stays over 21 nights, our professional linen service requires a refresh every 21 days.
You can choose between:
Fresh Linen Supply – A new set of bed linen and towels delivered, with used ones collected.
Linen Rehire – Keep the current set, which will be collected for cleaning after departure.
Both options are available at the same cost.
Property Management Services:
Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned. We guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.
The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
