About this listing
About this space
Why is Belfast rated one of the world’s top cities to visit? Stay in our recently refurbished, very unique and spotlessly clean two-bedroom townhouse and find out! Situated on a quiet side street just off the bustling, cosmopolitan Lisburn Road, you will find yourself on the doorstep of some of our city’s best pubs, cafes, restaurants and shops. We are pretty much walking distance to anywhere in Belfast so whatever your reason for visiting, you have found your home from home 🙂
The space
Our house is located in a great area of the city. It is in south Belfast and so benefits from its close proximity to the many, many restaurants and bars which are just a short walk away on the Lisburn Road and Botanic Avenue. It is also just on the fringes of the city centre so if you do want to head into the centre of Belfast or visit any of the city’s attractions, you can jump on a quick bus, take a cheap taxi, or enjoy the easy walk. Botanic Park is very close by and I would highly recommend it for a morning or evening stroll. Queens University is just a 15 minute walk away.
The house has been beautifully refurbished with brand new plush and very comfortable furnishings. Relax in the living room with comfy sofa and flat screen TV, cook a meal in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy around the circular glass dining table, take a long hot bath in the brand new bathroom suite after a full day sightseeing, or relax on the crisp white sheets on the very soft double beds. In addition, our house also benefits from a manicured back garden and raised decking with tables and chairs where you can enjoy a morning cuppa or an evening tipple!
For your convenience, entry is via lockbox located just beside the door so you can arrive at any time after 3pm (Don’t worry if you get held up!) and free on street parking is available just outside the house.
Guest access
Guests can access the entire house
Other things to note
Absolutely no parties, loud noise or extra guests without permission. Your stay will be cancelled immediately without refund. Sorry to be strict on this but we need to do all we can to protect against certain bookings and protect our neighbourhood.
Supermarkets
The Lisburn Road is famous for it’s array of shops. For convenience Tesco is a 2 minute walk and M&S Food Hall is a 8 minute walk. Boutiques, home decor, speciality food shops, galleries and jewellers are all within easy walking distance.
Local Restaurants
Lisburn Road has some of the best eateries that Belfast has to offer. There is a vast selection of restaurants and takeaways along the Lisburn Road. The Raj Indian Restaurant, Little Wings Pizzeria, Eddie Rockets, Slims Kitchen are only some of the restaurants on offer. The Award winning Shu Restaurant is just around the corner and further up the Lisburn Road is Dean & Decano a smart, stylish and buzzing Restaurant with a distinctly Italian flavour. For a light lunch try LA Bottega at 625 Lisburn Road for authentic Italian coffee and lunches – it is a hidden gem. For local Bars try the Chelsea Bar and Restaurant or The Wine Tasting Room.
Local Attractions
The Lisburn Road is known as the destination for the ultimate shopping experience with a wide range of outlets from boutique clothes shops to speciality food stores. The Ulster Museum, Botanic Gardens and Queens University are all a 15 minute walk away. Jump on the 9A bus for a 5 minute ride to the centre of Belfast to visit the Titanic Museum, St George’s Market, City Hall, Waterfront Hall, Grand Opera House and all of the tourist atttactions, shopping, bars and restaurants that the city centre has to offer.
Trains
Adelaide Train Station is 3 mins Walk

Hi, I'm Chris. I was born and raised on the north coast but like every other young person in Northern Ireland, was drawn to the bright lights of our capital city Belfast. After exhausting every fantastic nook and cranny this city has to offer I made my way around the world and throughout the next number of years found myself living and working in America, Japan, China and Korea. I returned home a few years ago to set up a home and raise my family in Holywood County Down. I took on the Pass the Keys Franchise in Belfast in 2019 and pandemic aside, the interest and uptake of our services have been incredible. My most valuable business trait is that I am honest and upfront - something that has served me well in building great relationships with my clients. I look forward to continuing to grow Pass the Keys in Belfast and offering more and more spectacular places for visitors to stay.

... Read full reviewClose

Rosalind Watkins 14/05/2024Great, clean home that's conveniently located to the Lisburn Road and Belfast City Center. Great house on the Lisburn Road. It's close to shopping (Tesco is at the top of the street) cafes and restaurants. The home was immaculate and we had great communication with the host. I would recommend the house to people who are visiting Queen's University or Belfast City Center. Public transportation is very convenient, with a bus stop at the Lisburn Road intersection and the train station 3 minutes away. ... Read full reviewClose
