Guest access
Guests have access to the entire apartment during their stay.
There are 14 car Parks in and around Caernarfon for your stay, you can drop off bags on Market street at the front door to the building and then proceed to locate parking.
Please note pets are not allowed in the building.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
Gareth is the Franchise Owner of Pass the Keys Anglesey and has lived in North Wales all his life, with roots in the Caernarfon area. Having spent many holidays as a child exploring Anglesey and the surrounding areas, he feels very passionate about this special island. Gareth has developed a range of skills, knowledge and experience from his career that will be invaluable in helping Anglesey property owners make the most of all that Pass the Keys has to offer them. His business partner Nic is Operations Manager and was brought up outside of Beaumaris in a little village called Llansadwrn.

Kateryna Yeremyeyeva 11/07/2024I have good apartments, no comments, only positive reviews; but very bad management. Luxury apartments in the city center. They were impressed with their space and comfortable furniture and a pool table.. My friends and I booked an apartment for 6 people two couples and two children aged 5 and 13. We indicated this in the search parameters. And received confirmation of booking. When we came to check in, it turned out that there were only two double beds with linen. There was nothing for the two children. To my question, someone replied that they can provide an extra set of underwear for 20 pounds. It's strange to say the least. I was sent 15 letters about registration and check-in, and not a single mention that linen for two is not included in the price of the reservation.
