Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

It is an easy walk from the train/tube balham stations The property has everything we needed for our week stay. Would stay again. The only downside is that the apartment is up a flight of stairs.
