IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

I live locally with my young family and we love all that the region has to offer. Educated in Belgium, the UK and North Carolina, my career focused on 5-star hospitality and the media (often both together!). I was a TV drama producer for many years, owned a radio station in Mallorca and, until moving to Rye, ran a successful ‘private members’ club’ in the heart of Soho in London. Along the way, I have worked at some of the most prestigious hotels and restaurants in the UK and overseas, developing the practical skills to get the job done, whilst honing an exacting eye for what guests really want. Our historically strong short-let market is currently booming and I’m excited to be working with landlords, helping to ensure that only the highest level of service is provided for their guests.
