Beaufort House is a beautiful presented house over two floors with uninterrupted views over Earlsferry Links Golf Course.
Elie and Earlsferry form a delightful coastal town which is a wonderful holiday destination for all ages. At the beach you can do water sports such as sailing, windsurfing, water skiing and banana boating.
Beaufort House can accommodate up to 9 guests across its 5 bedrooms, with 2 bathrooms.
The space
Beaufort House is a beautiful 5 bedroom property situated right next to Earlsferry Links Golf Course. The property has plenty of parking on the street.
Ground Floor – Kitchen/dinning room, 1 single bedroom, 1 twin bedroom & bathroom.
First Floor – living room, master bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms & bathroom.
Smoking is not permitted within the property.
We expect all guests to respect the property and neighbours.
Pets are not allowed.
Guests have full access to the house via entrances to front and rear door.
Check in is via the secure key box when you arrive.
Guest access
Guests will have the entire property to themselves.
Other things to note
* Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.
* Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys–please be careful with them.
* My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.
Cupboard under the stair is out of bounds.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

Sally Norris 19/10/2024We had a marvellous stay in Earlsferry; the location of the house meant access to the beach and coastal walks was quick. Its location was fantastic. It was comfortable, warm and clean. It accommodated our family easily. The views from both front and back and it had sitting out areas front and back. It was well equipped.. We had to wait for 45 minutes to get into the property while the cleaners(who were working hard) finished. The chairs in the kitchen felt old and some were on their last legs(literally). The kettle was erratic and the coffee machine required capsules which wouldn’t have been available in Elie. I had read about this in a review so took our own cafetière with us. The grill pan was really dirty when we arrived(I cleaned it). The instructions for the heating were not to be found so all we could do was turn the temp up or down which felt wasteful. The microwave started sparking and so couldn’t be used. There was a loose lane of glass in the kitchen door which was in danger of falling out. On the last night the main lights tripped and although the fuse box was found we couldn’t sort it so using the toilets was a challenge! There was very heavy rain during the last night and water poured down the outside of the front of the building due to blocked guttering. We used the back door a lot and it would have benefitted from having a functioning latch.In short, the house could do with a bit of TLC. ... Read full reviewClose
