About this space
Nestled away in a peaceful enclave yet just minutes on foot from Queens University. We have 2 good size bedrooms and a bright and airy living/dining/balcony area for you to relax in.
Free parking is there if you need it but the location means that you can easily walk or grab a bus anywhere!
Nearby you have the beautiful Ormeau Park and Botanic Gardens – perfect for an evening stroll – and all around you are some of the best bars, cafes and restaurants in Belfast.

The space
Our apartment occupies a prime location inside a private, gated community in the university area of Belfast. It is up two flights of stairs and as you enter the apartment you will find two double bedrooms and a master bathroom. The large fully equipped kitchen is separate from the living area and has lots of storage for those staying a little longer. The main section of the apartment is open planned area encompassing the dining area, living area and a juliette balcony with great views. Free parking is included.

The Area
You are located in the university area of south Belfast and will not be short on things to do/places to eat. On your doorstep you have Bo Tree Kitchen which is a very popular Thai restaurant (bring your own beer/wine) and you need to make reservations.

We also recommend walking to Botanic Avenue which is a great place for lunch and dinner – we recommend Madame Pho and Falafel. In that area you also have the Empire which is a cool bar and also does live music nights, comedy nights, quiz nights etc. If you want to get to the city centre it is a quick 15 minute walk/10 minute bus ride and of course the options there for eating and drinking seem endless these days! (We are happy to provide recommendations).

Also nearby you have Ormeau Park and Botanic Avenue, both of which are great for a morning/evening stroll or run and in Ormeau Park you can even do the park run on Saturday mornings.

Other things to note
Parking is free but is unallocated. It shouldn’t happen but if there are no free spaces I am afraid there is nothing we can do. You will have to park on the street outside (free parking).

When parking, you must display the parking permit and then leave it back after your stay.

No parties, excess noise, or additional guests without permission at any time.
We have to be very strict on this due to the proximity of our neighbours. If you feel you cannot adhere to this please do not book as we may cancel your stay without any refund once discovered.

Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned. We guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.

The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard.

Additional rules
Check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am. A charge will be applied for unauthorised late checkout or early check in.

Smoking is strictly forbidden. A fine of £300 will be charged when discovered.

No extra guests are allowed in the property at any time without prior permission and no parties/loud music allowed. We are very conscious of being in a residential area and any violation of either rule will result in immediate cancellation of stay without refund.

Please be careful not to leave anything behind when you checkout! A separate company deals with shipping lost property and fees apply for shipping and handling.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

Hi, I'm Chris. I was born and raised on the north coast but like every other young person in Northern Ireland, was drawn to the bright lights of our capital city Belfast. After exhausting every fantastic nook and cranny this city has to offer I made my way around the world and throughout the next number of years found myself living and working in America, Japan, China and Korea. I returned home a few years ago to set up a home and raise my family in Holywood County Down. I took on the Pass the Keys Franchise in Belfast in 2019 and pandemic aside, the interest and uptake of our services have been incredible. My most valuable business trait is that I am honest and upfront - something that has served me well in building great relationships with my clients. I look forward to continuing to grow Pass the Keys in Belfast and offering more and more spectacular places for visitors to stay.

    location (train station nearby), size of the rooms, 2 washrooms, ability to regulate the temperature. getting into/out of the property at the beginning - I was not able to get in, luckily someone else was there at the same time so let me in. It's really hard to open the gate. Gettiong out of the property - I wasn't aware that you have to press a button and then yank the gate open, again, someone else whom was there at the same time told me to do so. Call a number to open the car gate - I was the only one able to call the number to open the car gate, my other 2 friends who were there with me were not able for some reason.     Gut Lage, aber eine nicht gut gereinigte Ferienwohnung.. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung war gut. Alles fußläufig gut zu erreichen.. Die Ferienwohnung war nicht sauber. Fremde Haare im Bett. Die Küche war ziemlich schmutzig. Die Schränke mit diversen Essensresten beschmutzt. Die Stühle und der Tisch im Essbereich waren sehr dreckig, sodass erst einmal alles abgewischt werden musste. Man konnte sich nicht auf die Stühle setzen. Der Geschirrspüler funktioniert nicht. Das wohl schon länger, obwohl er als Ausstattung angegeben ist. Es war ein Schild angebracht, dass er nicht funktioniert. Im kleinen Badezimmer ist Schimmel an der Wand. Das Fenster ist dort kaputt. Etwas mehr Stauraum für Kleidung wäre wünschenswert.     Lovely apartment , attractive with great beds. The apartment was lovely , attractively presented , very clean and the beds were so comfortable !     The apartment is really well situated for a long weekend. It was nice but could do with a little work to put it up to 5. The apartment was clean, the rooms were comfortable. The hallway leading to the apartment was dirty and needed vacuuming, the entrance was cluttered with several weeks worth of post, there were packages left on the stairs.
