From the kitchen, you’ll also have direct access to the enclosed back garden — a peaceful, private outdoor space ideal for morning coffee or simply soaking up some sunshine.

There will be some complimentary tea/coffee waiting for you which I am sure will be useful for those arriving after a long journey! If you wish to purchase more for your stay there is a Today’s on Haxby Road and a Spar close by.
Fresh white bedding and towels are provided (hand towel and bath towel per person), as well as miniature travel sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap.
Guests will have access to the entire house.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.
PARKING: There is free parking available for one car on the front driveway of the property. For additional cars, guests can use Haxby Road 24/7 Car Park located near Jaipur Spice restaurant.
PETS
A cat or dog is welcome at an additional minimum fee of £30 to cover extra cleaning. Please message me in advance with the details of your pet (type/breed/age). If you have a second dog, this may be considered on a case by case basis. Please kindly consider my house rules if you bring your dog.
– Dogs must be well behaved and house trained.
– Dogs must be strictly kept downstairs and off the soft furnishings.
– Any fouling on premises must be cleared up without delay.
– Muddy paws should be cleaned before allowed in the house.
– Dogs must NOT be left alone in the property.
My property management team will be available 24/7 via email, or phone to provide any assistance my guests may need.
Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned, and professionally cleaned linens and toiletries are guaranteed.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
