Newly renovated and beautifully presented, this spacious 3-bedroom cottage is perfectly located in the popular village of Haxby — just 5 miles from the historic City of York. Sleeping up to 6 guests, it offers a comfortable and stylish base for exploring the city and the surrounding countryside.

Jasmine Cottage is a spacious three-bedroom cottage with a charming feel to it. On entering the property there is a hallway leading to a large open plan living room and dining room. The living area overlooks the village and has comfortable seating for six, 55 inch Smart TV, games console, games, DVDS, books and FREE WIFI. The dining room has a dining table with 6 chairs to allow you to sit down and enjoy your meals. The dining room leads to a newly fitted and fully equipped kitchen with integrated oven and hob, microwave, washing machine/Dryer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. There is also plenty of storage to keep your supplies. Towards the back of the house is a spacious back hall with cupboard space, large fridge freezer and downstairs toilet with sink. Going upstairs you will find the master bedroom with comfortable king-size bed, bedside tables with lamps and plenty of storage space and a dressing table. There is also a TV and DVD player to allow guests to enjoy time away if they need it. All linen is provided. On this floor is another bedroom with two single beds, bedside tables and open wardrobe. There is also a large family bathroom with large walk in shower, toilet and sink. Hand soap, bath mat and towels are provided. From this floor the staircase leads up to a large converted dormered attic bedroom with king-size bed, bedside tables, dressing table and plenty of storage. This room also benefits from a 40 inch TV. There is a travel cot that can be provided for a baby should this be required. To the rear of the property is a large courtyard to the back with flowerbeds.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
