My two bedroom maisonette is available to accommodate three guests in the heart of Portobello Road. Guest are welcomed to relax and enjoy a newly renovated house in West London – Notting Hill with a large living and dining room, two bedrooms, a separate big kitchen, two bathrooms, and adjoining spacious terraces.

Our charming 2-bedroom retreat offers a perfect blend of modern comfort and artistic flair, creating an inviting and cosy atmosphere for your London stay.

Situated right on the iconic Portobello Road, famous for its bustling market, antique shops, and vibrant street life. Steps away from the charming bookshop featured in the classic movie “Notting Hill,” offering a nostalgic stroll down memory lane.

Enjoy a coffee or a bite to eat at one of the many local eateries, from cosy bakeries to gourmet restaurants.
Attractions:

Visit the iconic bookshop from “Notting Hill” and relive scenes from the beloved movie.
Take a leisurely walk to Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park, perfect for a relaxing day out in nature.

Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves. There is a street level entrance door. Please do not use the barbecue.

* Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 10am.
* Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys–please be careful with them.
* My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.

Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned. We guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.

The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
