My recently renovated 1BR modern home with your own car park is the perfect place for couples and solo travelers. It provides complete amenities and is less than a 10 min walk from Cambridge train station and Mill Road where you can find a host of international cuisines to feast on. The house features one double bedroom, a fully functional brand new kitchen, and a gorgeous living area kitted out with a Virgin Media 200+ channels package and broadband speed of 350MBs.
The space
My fully refurbished home is the ideal place for 1 or 2 people who are looking to explore, study or relax and enjoy all that Cambridge has to offer. It is professionally cleaned before your arrival and fitted with hotel quality linens and towels to provide the most comfortable experience possible.
This property is managed by a professional co-host of Airbnb. It is professionally cleaned and the linen/ towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. The property is set up to offer remote access with easy self check in meaning that no direct contact with anyone needed. We also offer 24/7 guest support should you need any support or assistance during your stay.
The ground floor is comprised of a bright and modern minimalist living room, the perfect place to enjoy a good book, drink a coffee or catch up on TV. The brand new kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, electrical hob, oven, washer, fridge/ freezer, kettle and cooking equipment.
On the first floor you will find one double bedroom filled with lots of light. Fresh bedding and towels are provided in the bedrooms as well as storage space to pop away all of your luggage. The bathroom is also on this floor featuring both a bath tub and a shower.
Famous for the bike culture we have a secure area to lock your bike at the front of the house as it is one of the best ways to get around Cambridge.
Guest access
Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves.

The house has Virgin Media Broadband at 350 Mbs plus Virgin TV Max with SKY Cinema. Gives access to Netflix and other streaming channels.
* Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.
* Please note that a minimum of £100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys – please be careful with them
*The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details.
* The property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access.

*Mid-stay cleaning sessions/linen can be organised on request for additional charge
*We provide single-use toiletries for the first two days of your stay
*Our lovely neighbours have families and need to protect them so if there is any excessive noise or music at antisocial hours, we will be notified and so will the local council. Please be sure to respect this wonderful community of neighbours.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification.
The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
