Welcome to my brand new, minimalist one-bedroom apartment in the quiet yet central and trendy borough of Camberwell. You will spend an amazing time in my lovely flat, fully equipped with all the amenities you might need and perfectly located a stone’s throw away from the numerous shops, pubs, and restaurants of Camberwell Road. If you love green spaces, Burgess Park is literally one minute on foot. Just make yourself at home 🙂
The space
The apartment boasts naturally bright rooms and it is super luminous thanks to the floor to ceiling windows.

The semi-open plan kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, crockery and any kitchen equipment you might need if you are looking to cook and spend a chilled night in.

The spacious living area with sofa and TV is perfect to relax in after a long day outside exploring this wonderful city. It’s a welcoming and inviting space where you can kick back and chill.

In the bedroom you will have a super comfy bunk bed (king size bed on the bottom, single bed on the top), chest of drawers, and a spacious wardrobe to store all your belongings.

Last but not least, the full family bathroom with bathtub where you can freshen up. White fluffy towels, shower gel, and shampoo are provided!

Additional amenities include washer/dryer – a lifesaver for longer trips!

To help battle Covid-19 (Coronavirus), we have partnered with Airbnb to help connect healthcare providers, relief workers, and first responders with a clean, convenient place to stay. Our property enables you to be close to your patients and a safe distance from your own family. We may be apart, but we’ll get through this together.

Cleanliness is incredibly important for us and our guests, and even more so now as we all aim to reduce the spread of infection. This is a clean entire apartment and our property is cleaned and disinfected after every checkout.

Other things to note
* My property is managed by Pass the Keys
* Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am. A £100 fee will apply for late checkout.
* Please note that a fee of £80 will be charged for call-out in case of keys forgotten inside the flat. The full cost of lock replacement will be charged for lost keys. Please be careful with them
* My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
