Enjoy your stay in this bright, modern 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment, complete with your own designated parking space. The open-plan living area flows onto a covered balcony, perfect for relaxing in any weather – rain or shine. Sink into the plush seating and enjoy a cosy movie night on the comfortable sofa.

The kitchen comes with everything you need, including a fridge, freezer, and modern appliances, making it easy to prepare home-cooked meals. The dining area is tucked away for intimate meals with family or friends, and the large dining table doubles as a great workspace.

– Two Bathrooms –
The apartment features a spacious family bathroom with a full-sized bathtub and shower, plus an ensuite in the master bedroom with its own shower and toilet. Complimentary toiletries and towels are provided.

– Two Comfortable Bedrooms –
The master bedroom includes a double bed, a chest of drawers, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe with hangers.

Parking –
Free dedicated parking is available for your convenience.

– We welcome well-behaved dogs for an additional £50

professionally maintained and cleaned, and professionally cleaned linens and toiletries are
guaranteed. 24/7 guest support is also available before and during your stay.

The local community-based Pass the Keys® team personally inspects the property and certifies
the home has met Pass the Keys® Property Readiness Standard.’

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
