Welcome to our beautiful 2-bedroom flat in the heart of London! Located in the trendy and vibrant neighbourhood of Highbury and Islington, our apartment is the perfect base for exploring everything that this amazing city has to offer.

To make your stay even smoother, I provide complimentary tea, coffee, and a starter pack of toiletries, plus essentials like washing-up supplies, toilet roll, and kitchen roll. If you need extras, the nearest convenience store is just a 2-minute walk away.

Guests have complete access to the entire property.

Check-in time is 3 pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11 am.

Please be on time when checking out. Our cleaners are often there at 11 am on the dot and have a busy schedule. A £100 charge will be applied for unauthorised late checkout or early check-in.

A travel cot, high chair and visitor parking passes may be available at a cost. Please be sure to request these well in advance and complete payment at least 24 hours before your arrival.

A £50 fee is charged for call out if you forget the keys, and lost keys are charged at £100 for replacement locks. Please be careful with them.

Smoking is strictly forbidden. A fine of £200 will be charged when discovered.

No extra guests are allowed on the property at any time without prior permission, and no parties/loud music is permitted. We are very conscious of being in a residential area, and violating either rule will incur a £250 fine.

Please be careful not to leave anything behind when you checkout! A separate company deals with shipping lost property and charges a minimum £25 per item plus shipping costs.

Linen Policy for Extended Stays
For stays over 21 nights, our professional linen service requires a refresh every 21 days.
You can choose between:
Fresh Linen Supply – A new set of bed linen and towels delivered, with used ones collected.
Linen Rehire – Keep the current set, which will be collected for cleaning after departure.
Both options are available at the same cost.

Property Management Services:

Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned. We guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.

The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
