Guests are welcomed to this fantastically modern 4 Bed Family Home with ample parking located in the quiet village of Wasperton. Situated perfectly in the Warwickshire region between the tourist spots such as Historic Stratford-upon-Avon, Leamington Spa & Warwick.
This bright, spacious and comfortable property has been recently built by its owners to offer a sociable homely experience with plenty of outside space whilst also offering cosy bolt hole, for when the cool winter months set in.
This large recently built 4 Bed family home boasts generous internal and external spaces for guests to relax and enjoy during their stay.
Entering the property, to the right hand side takes you through the the open plan kitchen and living area where guests can sociably cook and relax at the same time, also taking advantage of the large slide along patio doors which allow floods of sunlight and a cool breeze in the summer months.
Moving through the property, downstairs is the 4th self contained bedroom boasting a double bed, a downstairs toilet and a second lounge / snug area where guests can relax and unwind in front of the large TV.
The property has a further three large bedrooms upstairs. Two of the bedrooms boast King Sized beds, with one of these also having an en-suite bathroom. The Master Bedroom offers a Super King sized bed which also has a large en-suite. There is also a large family bathroom with a free standing bath tub.
Guests have exclusive use of the whole property during their stay.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

Hi, I’m Hamish, owner of Pass the Keys Warwickshire. I’m passionate about the area where I live, having moved away from London a good few years ago. The beauty of the rolling hills in the North Cotswolds and the history that is plain to see in the ancient towns of Warwick and Stratford upon Avon is amazing, along with the buzzing regency nightlife in Leamington Spa. I was introduced to short-term management capabilities of property through my own renovation work on a couple of my own projects and now I’m keen to share the secrets of my success with other property owners that want increased revenue and more flexibility to use their property whenever they wish.
