Stay at Butlers Yard, a charming 3-bed cottage in Ulverston with central heating and bike storage. The downstairs bedroom has a king-size bed and en-suite shower with a washer/dryer. Upstairs are a double and single bedroom with a modern bathroom. Relax in the comfortable lounge with a large TV, next to the fully equipped kitchen/diner. We provide towels and linen, plus a travel cot, high chair, and gate for little ones. It’s a short walk from a car park, and sorry, no smoking or pets allowed.

Please note:
Check-in is from 16:00 and Check-out is before 10:00.
There will be a £50 call out fee if keys are locked inside the property and a £100 fee if keys are lost.
The property is set up to allow remote access with easy self check-in meaning that no direct contact with anyone is needed.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

With so much to see and do it’s no wonder tourists flock here to visit year after year, whether it’s to go wild swimming in one of the many lakes, to hike the stunning mountains and fells or to simply relax and relish in the delicious eateries whilst absorbing the wildlife and breath-taking views.

antony davies 13/12/2023We won’t stay there again. The location was perfect. Downstairs shower hose didn’t work, kettle didn’t work, we struggled to get the heating to work. We had to park our car 10 minutes walk away on a side street…Neighbours Cars were parked nose to tail and we had to squeeze through a small gap to access the property. We had to pass the luggage through the gap to each-other. (See photos).
