Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the whole of the property for the entirety of their stay.

Other things to note
A parking permit will be provided upon arrival. This must be displayed in your car at all times and returned to the house upon departure.

Parking is subject to space availability on the street. There is a paid car park directly opposite the entrance to Brewery Street for circa £4 per day.

There is an electric fire in the living room, the controller for this is the small black remote. It’s pretty self explanatory to use though there are detailed instructions provided for it within the kitchen drawer, next to the oven in the kitchen.
