This compact Georgian townhouse, located right by Kingsmead Sq in the heart of beautiful Bath, is the perfect base for exploring all that the City has to offer. You’ll love this gem for its’ superb central location, just a short walk from all of Baths’ historical attractions, and shopping areas. After a busy day sight-seeing and shopping, you’ll find plenty of fabulous restaurants and bars to relax in and unwind, right on your doorstep.

The space
The house offers fantastic accommodation set over 3 floors

On the ground floor there is a small fully fitted kitchen with a washing machine and microwave, and a sitting room with dining space. There is a 42inch Television hung on the wall with Full Virgin Media services including Sky sports. The property also benefits from having some outdoor space immediately outside the sitting area. The pretty mediterranean style courtyard garden has an eating area for 6 persons and a bistro table on the upper terrace for relaxing with a morning coffee or winding down with a glass of wine.

The first floor has the bathroom with a twin sink and spacious shower whilst opposite is a double bedroom (The Blue room) with wardrobe and period chest of drawers.

The second floor has a King size bedroom (The Silver room) and a small double (The Orange room) with a Queen size bed. Both have wardrobes and a chest of drawers

Bath Spa rail and coach station is approx a 7 min walk, which shows how centrally located this gem is.

Guest access
Unfortunately parking does not come with such a central location but there is a car park 2 mins away at Kingsmead Sq and at The Southgate shopping centre.

Other things to note
The Wifi code is located in the house whilst the entrance key is in a safe-lock to the right hand side of the main door.
We would be grateful if shoes were not worn in the carpeted areas of the house and there is plenty of space to leave them in the hall.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

    Nice house, great location, but no private parking - pay only. Three 'equal' bedrooms - no-one had to compromise. Great location. Milk in fridge - a nice touch, thank you!. No private parking - the property is listed as 'with parking' but it doesn't have any. We had to pay £36.10 in a nearby car park to cover our two day stay - hence rating of 7 rather than higher. The front door keypad is very temperamental and sometimes very difficult to use. Only one set of keys between 3 of us. Other door latches also temperamental - we almost got stuck in the lounge. A coffee machine was listed but there was nothing so we went out and bought a cafetiere (which we left at the property for others to use).
