Unwind in this beautifully furnished cottage nestled within the charming village of Earnley. This peaceful getaway offers the perfect blend of history and natural beauty.
Step inside to find a cosy sitting room on your right, featuring ample seating, a TV, perfect for snuggling up during the colder months (please note the log burner is not functional). The adjacent dining area comfortably seats four, making it ideal for enjoying meals with family and friends.
The fully equipped kitchen comes with an oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, and washer-dryer, ensuring you have everything you need for a convenient stay. Through the kitchen, you’ll find the family bathroom, complete with a relaxing bath.
Heading upstairs, the first bedroom on the right features a single bed and storage space, while the master bedroom further along boasts a luxurious king-sized bed and ample storage.
The garden has a a beautiful lawn with a bistro set, perfect for a morning coffee or alfresco dining. Please note the garden is not enclosed, so is really only suitable for families with older children.
Convenient parking is available at the back of the property. You will have exclusive access to the entire cottage, with professional management services ensuring cleanliness, fresh linens, and towels between each stay. Remote self-check-in allows for flexible arrival times, and our 24/7 guest support is available to assist you during your visit.
Upon arrival, complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits await you, providing a warm welcome after a long journey. We provide fresh white bedding and towels (one hand towel and one bath towel per person) and offer miniature travel-sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel, and soap. Additionally, a kitchen pack is included, featuring essentials such as kitchen roll, Jeyes cloths, sponges, washing up liquid, bin liners, tea towels, washing pods, and dishwasher tablets. Loo rolls are also provided for your convenience. Should you require more supplies, there is a wide variety of shops in Earnley, with a Co-Op and Tesco Express nearby.
You will have access to the whole home.
Check in time is after 4pm and check out time is before 10am. Please can we ask that you check out on time to prevent any disruption to my cleaner’s schedule. An earlier check in and/or a later check out may be possible depending on other bookings around the dates you wish to stay. Please contact us nearer the time to check what we can accommodate.
Please note that you will be charged £100 for being locked out and £50 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
