Welcome to our lovely 3-bedroom family home, located just a 8-12-minute walk from both Belsize Park Station & Swiss Cottage Station. Situated on the 2nd floor, this cosy and well-equipped apartment is perfect for families, offering plenty of children’s toys and amenities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Whether you are visiting for a family vacation or a short-term stay, our charming and well-equipped home provides a great base for exploring London. We can’t wait to welcome you

Our comfortable family home is spread over two floors and is perfectly suited for families. Here’s what you can expect:

Lower Floor Bedroom: Our two children (a five-year-old girl and a one-year-old boy) stay in this room, which features a bunk bed, a large en-suite bathroom, and a big bathtub.

Master Bedroom (Upstairs): This room includes a double bed with a new memory-foam mattress and a smaller en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and walk-in shower.

Third Bedroom (Upstairs): This room has a single/pull-out double bed, a desk, and a utility cupboard with a washing machine and tumble dryer. It also provides access to a large roof terrace on two levels with lovely rooftop views and an outside table and chairs for al-fresco dining.

Living Room: A very large living room equipped with a sofa, two armchairs, a dining table that seats six (extendable to ten), a 54-inch mounted TV, and children’s toys packed in baskets.

Designer Kitchen: Includes an oven, microwave, induction hob, and a kitchen table and chairs for four, overlooking the streets.

Transport Links: The apartment is only 3 direct metro stops away from Oxford Street, 4 stops from Mayfair, and 5 stops from Westminster Abbey and the Houses of Parliament.

Nearby Stations: Swiss Cottage and Belsize Park tube stations are less than a 10-minute walk away. Finchley Road underground station is approximately a 12-minute walk away.

Bus Routes: Guests can catch the 268 bus to Hampstead Heath from stops Y, X, and J along Belsize Avenue. The 13 bus (Stop D at Swiss Cottage Station) offers routes to Oxford Street, Hyde Park, and Buckingham Palace.

As a guest, you have complete access to the entire apartment, including a large private roof terrace.

Guests should be comfortable climbing 2 floors of stairs to access the flat (this property has no lift / elevator

We can provide a baby travel cot (also known as a ‘pack and play’) upon request.

Please note that this service is available for a surcharge and requires at least 48 hours’ notice. However, it’s important to keep in mind that the travel cot comes with a thin mattress and we follow the Lullaby Trust’s advice not to add any extra mattress or padding for safety reasons.

Also, please note that we don’t provide baby bedding for the travel cot.

A GUARANTEED EARLY CHECK-IN:

We understand that our guests may have specific arrival needs, including early check-ins. While we always do our best to accommodate such requests based on apartment availability, we recommend securing a guaranteed early check-in by booking the night before your intended arrival date. This way, we can ensure that the apartment is fully prepared and ready for your arrival, allowing you to check in at your preferred time without any inconvenience or delays.

A GUARANTEED LATE CHECK-OUT:

We would recommend that you secure a guaranteed late check-out by booking an additional night following your intended departure date. This way, we can ensure that the apartment remains available, allowing you to check out at your preferred time.

UNAUTHORISED LATE CHECK OUT / CHECK-IN

Standard check-in time is 3 pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11 am. One extra night will be charged for late checkout.

PARTIES / GATHERING

No parties will be tolerated – and an extra £300 fee will apply should any house rules be broken.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
