In Emsworth, you’ll find a vibrant pub and restaurant scene. For a relaxed breakfast or lunch, try Driftwood Café, with a charming garden setting. For dinner, book a table at The Deck in Emsworth Harbour or Fat Olives—both are local favourites (reservations recommended). The Bosham Inn offers a reliable lunch or dinner with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, while The Crate in Bosham serves food all day, with occasional live music evenings for a more casual vibe. If you love Indian cuisine, Memories of India is a local gem.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire property and private garden. There are two parking spots on site available for guests.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check in time is after 4pm and check out time is before 10am. Please can we ask that you check out on time to prevent any disruption to the cleaner’s schedule.
Please note a fee of £100 for lost keys and £50 for call outs if locked out.
CLEANING/ LINEN
The property will be cleaned and prepared with linen and towels for your arrival.
Mid-stay cleans are not included, but please get in touch if you would like to pay to book a clean or fresh linen and towels during your stay.
We will also provide a limited amount of consumables (toilet rolls, shampoo/conditioner etc.) to kick-start your stay and can recommend a local store where you can easily purchase more when you are settled in.
PETS
One small, well behaved dog is welcome to join you on your holiday in the cottage, for an additional fee of £30 to cover extra cleaning. Please message in advance with the details of your pet (breed/age).
– Dogs must be well behaved and house trained.
– Please do not allow them upstairs or on the furniture.
– Please clear up after them in the garden and around the property.
– Muddy paws should be cleaned before they are allowed in the house.
– Please do not leave them alone in the property.
YOUNG CHILDREN
Please let us know when booking if you require a travel cot and high chair and please note that we do not provide cot bedding so please bring your own

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
