Welcome to our cozy guest house situated in picturesque surroundings in the historic city of St Albans.

The one-bedroom property is modern and well-equipped with everything you should need for that home-from-home experience.

The property has an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, and a separate bedroom and bathroom.

There is also a sofa bed, which allows us to accommodate 3 adults or families of 4.

Guests will have access to the garden area, and there is free on-road parking available.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

      Escelent lloc per escapada nord de LOndres. El lloc no es facil a arrivar i la casa de jardi es ideal per 2-3 persones no mes.Equipament excelent.Tens tot en la cuina i es comode.El barri es molt tranquil sense sorool i Saint Albans magnific lloc per visitar.. Dutxa podria tenir millor calefacccio. Tenir una taula mes gran amb cadires mes recies a la cuina no estaria malament. Millor clarifcicacio de com funciona calefaccio iregularla ajudaria ...       Evitate. Solo il fatto che dentro la casa si stava caldi. Lontana da stazione, devi prendere sempre il taxi. La pulizia all'interno della casa ha lasciato a desiderare, cibo, sporcizia e insetti sotto il divano letto. Ingresso della casa poco visibile, bisogna entrare prima in un cunicolo stretto al buio di sera....,poi far forza e centrare il buco della serratura per poter entrare in uno steccato, infine si arriva alla porta in un semi giardino, dove finalmente trovi l'ingresso alla casa, ma sorpresa la porta non si chiude.... Il bagno è piccolo ed anche un po' distaccato dalle camere, quindi il riscaldamento non arriva, sembra di essere in bagno pubblico esterno e ti passa la voglia di lavarti. We failed to get the bathroom towel rail to work and so it was quite chilly but difficult to dry the towels.       Stationnement facile, proximité du supermarché, quartier calme... Gare assez proche à pieds (25min) et accès à Londres rapide. Bruit des avions assez discret (inévitable dans ce secteur).. La petite terrasse sans table ni chaises (juste un petit banc pour 2), et située devant la baie vitrée de la maison du numéro 9 (il n’y avait personne quand nous y étions ceci dit).
