West Town is a charming, welcoming area ideal for relaxing and exploring. With picturesque parks, local markets, art galleries, unique shops, and scenic trails, it’s the perfect getaway for unwinding or discovering something new!
Step inside and to your right, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, complete with kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, electrical hoc, and dishwasher. A cosy dining area sits beside it—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or a quick breakfast. Just beyond the kitchen, the back door leads to the garden, while the utility room is conveniently located to the left with a washer, iron and ironing board.
To the left of the entrance, the master bedroom features a spacious king-size bed and a cupboard for storage. Next door, the second bedroom also has a comfortable king-size bed and ample storage space. Across the hall, the family bathroom has a large walk-in shower.
At the end of the corridor, the inviting sitting room awaits, furnished with a comfortable futon sofa and an armchair—ideal for a cosy evening in front of the 50-inch Smart TV (please use your own streaming logins). The adjoining dining area seats four and offers lovely views of the garden, with a back door providing easy outdoor access.
Convenient street parking is available. You will have exclusive access to the entire home, with professional management services ensuring cleanliness, fresh linens, and towels between each stay. Remote self-check-in allows for flexible arrival times, and our 24/7 guest support is available to assist you during your visit.
Upon arrival, complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits await you, providing a warm welcome after a long journey. We provide fresh white bedding and towels (one hand towel and one bath towel per person) and offer miniature travel-sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel, and soap. Additionally, a kitchen pack is included, featuring essentials such as kitchen roll, Jeyes cloths, sponges, washing up liquid, bin liners, tea towels, washing pods, and dishwasher tablets. Loo rolls are also provided for your convenience. Should you require more supplies, West Town is a short walk away with a Tesco Local.
Guests have access to entire home and garden.
There is street parking for cars. The nearest bus stop is No. 30 and 31 which stop a short distance from the Station Theatre. The nearest train station is in Havant Town Centre.

Check In / Check Out
Check in time is after 4pm and check out time is before 10am. Please can we ask that you check out on time to prevent any disruption to the cleaner’s schedule.
Please note a fee of £100 for lost keys and £50 for call outs if locked out.
Please let us know when booking if you require a cot and high chair and please note that we do not provide cot bedding so please bring your own

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
