Full and inclusive use of the whole property for the duration of your stay, there are two cupboards locked for housekeeping purposes and it is not advisable to enter the loft space as there is no loft ladder and it is not boarded out.
Other things to note
The property is located on the flat part of Ferryhill close to the marketplace and is just a minute walk from local shops, takeways, pubs, and local buses.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
