We offer high standards and quality, adhering to stringent cleaning measures with hotel quality linens, fresh towels & self check-in
We have a 24/7 on call guest services team who will assist you with all your needs however big or small.
The space
Our guest rooms were thoughtfully designed for your comfort and built to high standards.
All the rooms come with a king-size bed, a well-appointed shower-room and lovely countryside views from your windows.
The spacious rooms offer the following essential amenities fresh bed linen and towels, Wi-Fi, flatscreen TV, tea coffee making facilities and off course the all essential coffee machine and Exterior security cameras on property for security purpose .
Please note there are no cooking facilities such as a hob or bread toaster.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

Uniquement des échanges avec une IA, c'est insupportable. On a du se débrouiller seuls pour le chauffage parce qu'on avait un souci. Pas de chaise, juste un tabouret et une table pliante. Mark Welford 02/07/2025I liked: Room was modern, clean (I could've found dust with my 'hotel inspector' white gloves if I was so inclined) and the bed was comfortable. I did not like: Tranquil Space for Two? That was the title of the property. It didn't mention it was a room above a busy pub. It wasn't tranquil as the noise from the pub was clearly heard in the room, and the smells/sounds from the kitchen didn't lend to being 'tranquil'. The address was 'Church View'... the window blind didn't work, but having a quick peep behind it, the room should've been called 'Flat Roof and Housing Estate View'. If I'd been looking for a tranquil room for to, I would've been very disappointed. As I was a lone traveller, the room was fine. However, what did irk me more than the actual room, was having to pay a third party (Truvi) an admin fee! They wanted £40, non-refundable 'insurance waiver', or the alternative was to pay £500 up front with them refunding £490 if I manged to stay in the room without wrecking it. Sabine Emma 22/08/2024La camera e nuovo e spazziosa. non ci sono sedie e non c'è nessun appoggio per la valigia. Dopo la prenotazione abbiamo avuto problemi con il gestore. Ha voluto una caparra di 500£ per garantire eventuali danni e anche il costo di gestione 12€ che deve pagare il cliente. Forse sarebbe meglio ci fare un'assicurazione e includerla nel prezzo della camera. Nella prenotazione di Booking era scritto che non era richiesto un pagamento anticipato ma sarebbe da saldare sul posto. IL gestore ha cominciato a bombardarmi con email e chiamata dal giorno dopo la mia prenotazione. Abbiamo cominciato molto male ! Ho contattato anche l'assistenza perchè mi veniva il sospetto di una truffa. prima 500£ di caparra +12 € e poi anche subito il pagamento della camera.
