• Self check-in details will be sent before arrival so you can arrive at a time that suits you and settle in with ease.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

Julie Ramsden 09/09/2024Pleasant, served a purpose for a stay to attend my Mams funeral.. It was like home from home. Everything you could possibly want. Plenty of take away on doorstep and a small supermarket.. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the electricity sockets in kitchen and the oven. This wasn't repaired until the next morning so we couldn't cook anything in oven. There was a fault with a socket which kept snorting the electrics. Whilst there was a 24 hour emergency number to call the man on the other end was American and didn't really understand how what I was explaining. He asked me to look in the oven for a switch!!!!! ...
