The space
The idyllic setting of this holiday chalet, nestled in a woodland next to a beautiful flowing river, is a perfect getaway just a mile from the historic town of Caernarfon. Make sure you visit the Castle within the medieval walls of the town centre during your stay. You’ll also be ideally positioned to visit the
Snowdonia National Park, the island of Anglesey, and many local beaches.

Within the cosy chalet, you’ll find an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The lounge has comfortable 3 seater and 2 seater sofas, and there is room for 4 at the dining table, which is conveniently located right next to the functional kitchen.

The large sliding patio door which lets in an abundance of natural light, leads onto a scenic veranda, furnished with tables and chairs for outdoor dining, and additional sofa seating. Here you can relax at any time and be sure to enjoy your surroundings.

There are 2 bedrooms at the property, both have wardrobes for storage, one has a double bed and there are twin singles in the other.

Just off these is the shower room, styled with an appropriate nautical theme.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire Chalet, and the facilities available at the holiday park providing they are open during the stay.

The poolside bar is open up to 7 days a week during the peak season, where dine-in or takeaway options are available. There are occasional entertainment events held here, which are advertised in advance.

The outside heated pool is available between late May- mid September, and is family friendly and manned by an attendant.

There is a handy shop on-site selling daily essentials, and fresh produce. The site also boasts a children’s play area and a coin operated laundrette.

This property is professionally managed by Pass the Keys Anglesey on behalf of Andrea, which means guests have access to a 24 hour dedicated support line, professional and thorough cleans between stays, linen, bath and hand towels.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

Gareth is the Franchise Owner of Pass the Keys Anglesey and has lived in North Wales all his life, with roots in the Caernarfon area. Having spent many holidays as a child exploring Anglesey and the surrounding areas, he feels very passionate about this special island. Gareth has developed a range of skills, knowledge and experience from his career that will be invaluable in helping Anglesey property owners make the most of all that Pass the Keys has to offer them. His business partner Nic is Operations Manager and was brought up outside of Beaumaris in a little village called Llansadwrn.
