Guests have full access to the entire house and garden. We provide a self-check-in service for your convenience.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

      House Hire for Wedding Party. Provided a central stay for a wedding with all our family. We found that there were a few faults that really needed attention. There were issues with the lights in the kitchen - an issue with the dimmer switch meant the bulbs would flicker constantly until you found a certain point where it would stop. Also The light in the downstairs toilet did not work. The sofas in the living room were heavily stained. Upstairs, the sheet in the main bedroom was marked. The shower control in the en-suite was very difficult to control and if you were not careful, the hot water could come through without warning. The bedroom next to the main bedroom had a light flicker issue as well. The mattresses in the other two rooms were uncomfortable. In the bathroom, the window was broken and glass was still in the frame. The kitchen utensils were slightly limited such as no cork screw and decent sharp knives. If you are catering for 8 occupancy, then plates, bowls, glasses etc. should be available. Only one television was working in the living room, The three other televisions were not connected to an aerial or web and the one in the main bedroom has a screen fault. ... Read full reviewClose
